So how to install this :
1> You’ll need iBlank and Five icon Dock installed from Cydia.First step is to create 9 black icons with iBlank (found in Cydia) and arrange icons in this order show below.You can set any 4 apps on the bottom, but the dock does require you to have your Phone, Messages, Mail, Safari, and iPod apps (Since the have smaller icons).
2> Second step will be to download the iPhone HTC HD2 2.0 from the insanelyiph0ne repo.Add http://repo.insanelyiph0ne.com to your Cydia sources. Now before you apply your theme you will have to change the Weather widgets location, otherwise your going to have Los Angeles weather.
3> To do this SSH into HTC HD2 Theme folder (var/stash/Themes) and open the private folder where you will find the “configureMe” file. Simply edit this file with notepad and change the ‘Los Angeles, California’ to your location and your done !
4> In your main HTC HD2 theme folder you will notice 2 Widgets, One is named “Widget.html” and the other is “Widget24.html”. By default the theme will use “Widget.html” which is the standard 12hr time display. If you want the 24 hour time display, simply rename the “Widget24.html” to “Widget.html”. Remember to back up your original “Widget.html” just in case you want to go back to standard 12hr.
5> Did you know that you have 3 types of weather images to use on your HTC HD2 theme? If you go to the private/iconset folder in your theme you will see an HTC, Klear, and Tick folders.
6> By default the theme will use the HTC weathers icons, but if you would like to use any other simply edit your “configureME.js” located in the private folder and replace the “HTC” with the name of the icons you would like to use. HTC, klear, or tick, just like the name appears on the folder.
7> You are now ready to activate your HTC HD2 theme via Winterboard.Would love your feedbacks check out the video by Rene and also the upcoming version with live animated weather widget.
